Maka Albarn from Soul Eater.
The thing which attracted me to this anime was the way Maka wielded her scythe. I mean, you don't get to see peeps wield a scythe with such fluidity everyday don't you? =x But i only watched the first episode...have yet to watch the rest.  There may be some costume discrepancies, so forgive me on that one. And don't give comments on the above mentioned issue, thanks.
